A 2-month collaborative coaching program for FLYN Journey Alumni to continue the conversation, share their experiences, and support each other’s growth and impact.
The 3 broad themes from our journeys of distributed workforce, focus on talent and future skills will be our starting point for discussions.
The coaching sessions will combine elements of individual goal setting, peer coaching, and FLYN facilitation, grounded in prioritized topics the cohort determines. The intimate cohort will
meet six times over a two month period for one hour.
Sharing of challenges and wins leads to insights and learnings that will not only energize but lead to PERSONAL GROWTH AND GREATER IMPACT!
